Shipping policy

All Country Cookies orders are baked fresh and hand-packed to order, we don't hold pre-made stock sitting around. 

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to all New Zealand addresses. We do not ship internationally, unfortunately. 

Orders are shipped every:

• Monday
• Wednesday
• Friday

Orders placed after the daily shipping cut-off time, or on a non-shipping day, will be shipped on the next available shipping day.

Baking & Dispatch Schedule

We bake and dispatch orders three times a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders are hand-packed and dropped at our courier depot the same morning.

Courier Delivery

We ship via New Zealand Couriers within New Zealand. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days from the day your order dispatches, depending on your location. As it is a third party operation, there can be internal delays, which may cause your parcel to take an extra 1-2 business days to be delivered. 

We do apologise and note this is out of our control, we aim to be as prompt & speedy with deliveries, as our product is always enjoyed best within the first few days!
